Radar SP–Arte
The Fair’s newest sector, Radar SP–Arte is an unseen program that searches to approximate the art market and the public of autonomous agents (artists, self-managed spaces) that constitute the art system. It’s a platform for promotion and contact that expands the Fair’s strictly commercial operation through the incentive to other forms of dialogue and connection, from within the art market.
At the first edition, during the 18th SP–Arte, Radar SP–Arte will be composed of a curatorship by Felipe Molitor of emergent artists that are not represented by galleries, called Hora grande. One of the goals of the exhibition is to present rising names to the market and public, favoring their professional insertion in the art system.
In addition, Radar counts on the participation of five collectives and autonomous art spaces that will present their projects in small commercial or institutional exhibitions. The participants are: 01.01 Art Platform, Casa Chama, GDA, MT Projetos de Arte and Nacional TROVOA.
Radar SP–Arte is sponsored by Vivo.
