A traditional part of the SP-Arte/Foto event, Talks offers free dialogues with important curators, collectors and photographers from Brazil and abroad.

The reflexes of 1968 on contemporary artistic production in Latin America, the relationship of photography with other types of media and the debate surrounding the origin of photography manipulation are some of the topics to be discussed this year. One of the days will be dedicated to talks with important Brazilian artists.

Talks will take place at Lounge One (Shopping JK Iguatemi), on August 23 – 25 from 4PM to 7PM. Tickets are distributed thirty minutes before the first session, at 3:30 PM. The event will have simultaneous translation into Portuguese and seating is limited.
