How many tickets can I buy?
You may purchase up to twenty (20) “full-price” and 20 “half-price” tickets at a time.

Can I bring a plus one?
Each ticket is valid for one person only.

Is the ticket nominal?
Tickets are nominal and non-transferable. If you wish to purchase tickets for third parties, please fill in the name and email of the ticket user at the time of purchase.

Is the ticket valid for more than one day?
The ticket entitles you to only one entry. To visit again on another day or time, you will need to purchase another ticket.

Can I purchase tickets for different days and/or times in the same purchase?
If you want tickets for different times or days, you will have to make the purchase for each day and time. Part of the information will be temporarily stored to facilitate your purchase of new tickets.

Up to what age do you not pay?
Children under 10 enter SP–Arte for free.

What to bring on the day of the event?
You must bring your proof of your Covid-19 vaccination (printed or digital) to present at the entrance. It is essential for you to enter the event.

If you have not yet been vaccinated, you will need to have a negative test for Covid 19 (PCR or antigen) performed no later than 48hrs prior to the day of your visit. Check our Security Protocol for more information.
Also don’t forget to bring your mask. If you forget, we have one for you!
