About

Bianca Boeckel Galeria, the former Galeria VilaNova, located near the Ibirapuera Park, represents emerging and established artists from the local and international scene.

In 2019, the gallery - in its 6th year in the market - has organized 29 exhibitions with significant exposure in specialized media. The highlights included solo shows for Camila Alvite, Rodrigo Edelstein, Claudio Pepper, Loro Verz, Virgilio Neves, Thomas Baccaro, Katia Wille, Nelson Porto, Jorge Feitosa, Lauren Shapiro, Allann Seabra and Gabi Gelli.

Bianca Boeckel constantly researches and analyzes local and internantional markets and art fairs to anticipate and attend the public’s expectations. This process enables her to organize exhibitions displaying innovative concepts and strong visual stimulation. In addition to group and solo shows, the gallery keeps an eclectic permanent collection and offers art classes to educate and introduce new trends to investors.

During SP-Arte/Foto 2018, the gallery was evidenced by art critics and curators because of the choice of artists and the variety and cutting edge of artworks.

In April 2019, Bianca Boeckel Gallery participates for the first time at SP-Arte.
