The gesture that one day was contained, to the point of tracing the outline of a flower, the next day is out of control, spilling liquid paint on the canvas. Each painting is made up of several layers of these moods. One overlaps the other, or rather, lands on top of the other, without hiding it.
They live together as we live with the days that go by, some of tranquility, others of despair. And it follows. This record of psychic states intercepts a diary of travels and cultures that the artist has experienced in recent years, mixing very Brazilian carnivalesque colors with Indian iconography.
