About

Ana Clara Tito was born in Bom Jardim, Rio de Janeiro, em 1993. In her research she uses the body and its emotional and mental states as a starting and ending point. Her works encompass photography, performance and installation, integrating matter as an agent body and exploring the relationships between material and immaterial. She is also a founder and member of the Levante Nacional TROVOA movement.

Among the national and international exhibitions in which she participated are the individuals at Fundação de Artes de Niterói and at Centro Municipal de Arte Hélio Oiticica; and the group shows at Valongo Festival Internacional da Imagem, Bela Maré, Ateliê da Imagem, Espaço Breu e Solar dos Abacaxis.

In 2019, she participated in the Programa Formação e Deformação "Emergency and Resistance" and the course "Cenas para outras linguagens" taught by Camilla Rocha, both at EAV Parque Lage.
