Alex Cerveny

Brazil, 1963

About

Since the 1980s, Alex Cerveny has been creating drawings that convey an intimate narrative. He draws inspiration from everyday images and characters drawn from literature and popular culture. His work is filled with personal references, such as his experience as a circus artist, which is evident in the numerous contorted and elastic figures that are a constant presence in his drawings.
